Attacks on the Party

With the very beginning of the party, attacks on the party founders started. The first attack was carried out by the then Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh on June 6, 2012. Three party men were kidnapped by IAS, IPS officers and criminals; jointly.

The second attack was carried out in Nagaland on March 13, 2020. The party's founder, Shri Vishwatma, was arrested and the party leaders who had gone to Nagaland to plead in court were kidnapped by Naga terrorists. A ransom of Rs.3 crores was demanded. No one was allowed to reach the court for court proceedings. In this high-level political and administrative conspiracy, the party founder, Shri Vishwatma, was jailed for nearly five months.
